Needs improvement

No one is speaking english language at the hotel reception and it is very hard to communicate. The hotel is very far from the island of Florianopolis and one needed taxi for every transportation. The area is far from the different activities and cultural events. No pool is functioning during the winter time. Very poor internet connection.
